Turn into the driveway to head behind the building and park in the ground-floor garage. The gym is directly to your right as you enter on the first floor.

BUILD

BUILD is our dedicated strength training class designed to help you build muscle, confidence, and resilience. Focused entirely on smart, foundational movements like pushing, pulling, and rotation, this class uses dumbbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight work to make everyday movements easier and safer. While it pairs beautifully with cardio options like our Joy Rides, BUILD itself is not a cycling class—it’s all about strength. With small-group energy and personalized attention, you’ll develop endurance, balance, and long-term health through targeted, effective training.

30 Minute, Small Group Strength Training

Joy Ride 45/30

A 30- or 45-minute indoor cycling class focused on riding to the beat of the music. Lights are dimmed, music is loud, and it’s a full-on dance party on a bike. This class is perfect for all fitness and experience levels. Your instructor will offer guidance and suggestions, but you’re always in control of how heavy and how fast your legs move.

Designed to boost cardiovascular health without adding stress or impact to your joints, this class meets you exactly where you are—whether it’s your first time or your hundredth. You’ll leave every Joy Ride class feeling energized, strong, and ready for your next one.

Joy Ride 60

A 60-minute immersive indoor cycling class designed to build endurance, strength, and confidence—all set to an energizing, beat-driven playlist. This extended format gives you more time to settle in, challenge your limits, and experience a full-body workout that blends rhythm riding, resistance training, and intentional recovery.

Expect a motivating, music-first environment with low lighting, powerful coaching, and a supportive community that meets you where you are. Whether you’re new to indoor cycling or looking to level up your fitness routine, this class offers layered options so you can ride at your own pace while still being pushed to grow.

With a longer ride time, you’ll improve cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, and mental resilience—without high-impact stress on your joints. You’ll walk out of Joy Ride feeling accomplished, empowered, and stronger than when you walked in.

Stretching

Candlelit Recovery 

A dedicated stretch and recovery class designed to help you reset, restore, and move better. Offered on Wednesdays and Sundays, this low-impact class focuses on improving flexibility, releasing muscle tension, and supporting recovery from your workouts. Through guided stretching and mindful movement, you’ll leave feeling more mobile, relaxed, and ready to take on your next Joy Ride class.

BOOST is our rhythm-based ride built to strengthen your cycling foundation while deepening your endurance and connection. With heavier resistance and more time in the saddle, this format emphasizes stability, balance, and lower-body strength—without any arm work—so you can stay fully focused on the ride. Perfect for all levels, BOOST lets you take control of your resistance while challenging yourself at your own pace. Whether you come to power up your body or recharge your spirit, BOOST leaves you stronger, grounded, and ready for what’s ahead.
