What is the Joy Ride?

This class is a 45-minute, rhythm-based cycling workout. We’ll move with the music, incorporating sprints and hills along the way that build our strength, confidence, and joy. 

Your instructor will make sure you have everything you need to walk out of class filled with joy. They bring the motivation, the direction, the support, the music, and the hype. They’ll make sure you feel comfortable on the bike and are meeting your goals.

How early should I arrive for my first class?

Please arrive 15 minutes early to ensure we have enough time to set you up safely and get you ready for class.

What do I need to bring?

● Water Bottle (fountain on-site)

● Clothing you can sweat in

● SPD cycling shoes, if you have them

● Change of shoes - no street shoes in the studio please

How do I select my bike?

Bikes are first-come, first-serve. Please arrive early to ensure you can secure a bike and location that is best for you..

Do I need cycling shoes?

Currently, all of our bikes have toe cages so cycling shoes are not required. However, cycling shoes will enhance your experience, so please bring your own if you have them!

Bikes are SPD and delta cleat compatible.

What if I arrive at class late?

Doors to the studio lock at the start of class - no exceptions. Riders will not be allowed into the studio once class has started. This helps us maintain studio safety and the overall class experience.

What will be provided for class?

You’re sure to sweat at Joy Ride, so towels will be provided. There are also several showers on-site should you need to rinse off after class. Full body towels are not provided. There is a water station, but please remember to bring a refillable bottle. Lockers are provided to store your stuff safely during class.

What if I need to cancel my class?

You can cancel your reservation up to six hours before class time. If you cancel within the six-hour window, you will be charged a late cancel fee of $15.
