Turn into the driveway to head behind the building and park in the ground-floor garage. The gym is directly to your right as you enter on the first floor.

Our Classes
Joy 45
A 45-minute indoor cycling class focused on riding to the beat of the music. Lights are dimmed, music is loud, and it’s a dance party on a bike. This class is perfect for all fitness and experience levels. Your instructor will offer guidance and suggestions, but you’re in control of how heavy and how fast your legs move. This class will increase your cardiovascular health without putting too much stress or impact on your joints. Whether you’re a first-timer or a seasoned rider, you’ll leave Joy Ride 45 feeling energized, strong, and ready for your next class!
BOOST
BOOST is our rhythm-based ride built to strengthen your cycling foundation while deepening your endurance and connection. With heavier resistance and more time in the saddle, this format emphasizes stability, balance, and lower-body strength—without any arm work—so you can stay fully focused on the ride. Perfect for all levels, BOOST lets you take control of your resistance while challenging yourself at your own pace. Whether you come to power up your body or recharge your spirit, BOOST leaves you stronger, grounded, and ready for what’s ahead.
Joy 60
Get ready for 60 minutes of pure energy! This indoor cycling class is all about riding to the beat of the music with dimmed lights and loud, electrifying tunes—it’s a dance party on a bike. Perfect for all fitness and experience levels, you control the resistance and pace while your instructor guides and motivates you.
Whether you’re a first-timer or a seasoned rider, you’ll leave Joy Ride 60 feeling empowered, energized, and ready to take on anything!
BUILD
BUILD is our dedicated strength training class designed to help you build muscle, confidence, and resilience. Focused entirely on smart, foundational movements like pushing, pulling, and rotation, this class uses dumbbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight work to make everyday movements easier and safer. While it pairs beautifully with cardio options like our Joy Rides 🚴, BUILD itself is not a cycling class—it’s all about strength. With small-group energy and personalized attention, you’ll develop endurance, balance, and long-term health through targeted, effective training.

Joy Ride fit was founded by Nina, Maura, & Laura—three fitness enthusiasts and long-time Madison residents. Their inspiration came from their shared vision of creating a space where people could feel supported, motivated, and part of a thriving wellness community. They wanted Joy Ride to be more than just a place to work out—it’s a space where friendships form, confidence builds, and every pedal stroke brings the Madison community closer together.
